1 Acceptance of Terms

Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ovip777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

3.1 Account Suspension and Closure

ovip777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be ineligible; or (d) required by PAGCOR or any competent authority. In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, ovip777 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ovip777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ovip777 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ovip777's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ovip777 account upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. ovip777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ovip777 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the wager for that round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. ovip777's decision regarding the resolution of technical issues shall be final.

6.1 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Any conduct that ovip777 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ovip777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of ovip777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ovip777. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

ovip777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ovip777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and any outstanding balance in your account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. ovip777 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), and all operations are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ovip777 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ovip777 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
